This adorable dessert is definitely inspired by the Hello Burger shop that opened in Taiwan. It's a simple yet extremely cute! I chose to do a "mini" version of the burger using Custard danish for the crispy texture.
I was gonna use mango instead of cantaloupe, but cantaloupe holds a better shape than mango chunks, so I went with cantaloupe! As well, I used mochi ice cream because it has a better shape than regular tub ice-cream, and 1 mochi cuts perfect into the shape of the monster's teeth.
Hello Burger的吐司磚甜點都有放麥片和卡仕達醬在冰淇淋轉的下面,但是因為要作「迷你」的關係實在會放不下。所以我就用了本來就有內包卡仕達的丹麥酥皮麵包來代替麥片脆脆的口感
本來要用新鮮芒果粒的,但是哈密瓜的形狀比芒果更有型一點,所以就放棄用芒果了啦😂😂 冰淇淋選擇用的是雪大福因為一般的冰淇淋切不小塊然後融化的太快了,雪大福的有麻糬的皮墊在下面然後冰淇淋相較之下比較硬塊一點。
