Summer is almost over, why not make some homemade DIY parfait at home to cool down the summer heat! All you need do is to layer the seperate ingredients into a glass. Feel free to change up the ingredients with your personal choice of ice cream or fruit, cuz it will be delicious any way~ If you don't have cream cheese at home, i suggest putting in yogurt or frozen yogurt as the substitution. As well, for the matcha parfait, I used the mochi ice cream for that chewy mochi mochi texture with the matcha powder and fresh strawberries.

夏天快過完了，最後在家裡做一個超超超簡單的草莓聖代來消暑吧！只要把全部準備好的材料一層一層的放到聖代杯子裡就完成了～ 如果沒有奶油乳酪的話其實用優格味道代替味道也很不錯喔❤️❤️ 抹茶聖代的冰淇淋選擇用的是雪大福因為雪大福的麻糬口感配上抹茶和草莓真的是絕配啦！
